I lived here for a year and it was the worst company I have rented from. I was always on time with my rent, and the last month of me giving my notice, I was harassed by 2 different Keystone employees via phone, as to when "are you moving out", even though I wrote a letter to Keystone the month prior with the date of the termination. I then spoke with the owner of Keystone due to maintenance entering my apartment on two different occasions without my consent (there was no emergency in the apartment). The only reason why I knew was because one time, the maintenance guy left a blank door tag on my door, with no explanation or writing on it. The second was my neighbor said the maintenance guy walked in my apartment while I was not there. How is this legal? Oh wait, it isn't. The owner apologized and that was it. Robin is a nightmare as well. This company has no idea what is going on, save yourself the time and headaches.
