Called 03/21/2019 and Lois was by far the worst rep, I've ever spoken to.....ever...with any insurance. Always an attitude, anytime I call, and very unhelpful. After you've been on hold for almost an hour, the last thing you want to hear is that they can not help you with a simple claim task.
