Update: We contacted Jim Norton Toyota and everything for the purchase of our new car was explained to us (my husband) in detail, which makes us feel better but I am still disappointed in the lack of explanation while we were there filling out paperwork. Still probably not going to purchase another car here, but will give two more stars for the detailed explanation we got after contacting this company.
