Ivy is amazing. She put all her effort to fix my windshield. I can see she is a perfectionist, every detail counts. Not only that, while repairing my windshield she also took an effort to explained to me the outcomes. She didn't charge me for the repair if the outcome was not as perfect as she want it to be.
