Certainly a place to visit in Athens. I enjoyed this much better than the Acropolis museum. I was disappointed to know that a lot of the artifacts are recreations and not the original ones at the museum. However, here, I believe, it remains closer to the original. Even if the remnants are patched up the view from the hill is worth it. Be careful the walkway is not well maintained. It's slippery and has a lot of rolling stones. Easy to sprain an ankle or slip and fall. It can be crowded and the staff might come across as rude due to the way they tend to guide the people there.
