The resort is lovely and people are nice. Would have recommended this to anyone had I not had 600.00 stolen from my room on my last night there. I was interrogated like I was the criminal when I reported this and then told it would be thoroughly investigated and that they would be able to tell who swiped into my room that day. Well one month later and they have not done a thing to help me. I cannot get an investigation report or report of whom they found out was in the room. It would have to be one of those employees that took my money. They instead pawned me off on their insurance company who will not even respond to me. If they are that lax with that kind of problem I would never recommend anyone go there, as we all work way to hard to have our money taken and to have the people who are responsible for their resort really not care at all. Very sad, but I am pursuing legal action. Plenty of other nice resorts there, I would recommend trying them instead.
