no one answers the phone trying to get a cord for ...

no one answers the phone trying to get a cord for three days my supplier asks what part number theres not a part number on it so he gives me their phone number to get a part number but no one ever answers i pushed all buttons from ship and recieve to customer service surely they would be working after 8 am wouldn't you think? i been at work since 6
put part numbers on the cords so its not so diffacult to find the correct part if there are so many so close you cannot tell by looking at a photo of 4 parts four differnt numbers all look the same
