I reached out to Feldmar Watch Company online two wks ago to inquire about a specific watch. Within an hr Lorel Monroy reaches out to me via email and we set up a time to speak the next day. When we spoke, I told her what I was looking for and asked if she could help me. Not only did they have the watch in stock, but she was able to beat other prices I had seen for the watch online and at brick and mortar retailers. There was one minor issue with shipping due to no fault on her part but she was on it immediately and resolved what could have been a very stressful situation.

Thanks to Lorel, I was wearing my new watch within 48 hrs of purchasing the watch. I could not be happier with my new watch or my experience with Feldmar Watch Company. I will absolutely be reaching out to Lorel Monroy again when it comes time for my next watch, and highly recommend you do the same.
