Ordered contacts, and didn't wear them for a long ...

Ordered contacts, and didn't wear them for a long time. Ordered another years worth because had FSA money left over. I was given wrong prescriptions. Left contacts given without power and right contacts given wrong power. When I called them to ask, they said they gave me the wrong prescriptions for both. No apology, just flat out said the prescriptions were wrong. They said only bring back unopened boxes. It has been 3 months and they never called me back to exchange my contacts. Never going back to them.
