What a disappointment tonight. The manager was abrupt, and essentially rude after I came in to purchase a new vehicle I had placed a deposit on to hold. To be fair, I can't say enough about the excellent salesman I have been for working hours with. Perhaps we should have listed the specific purchase terms and price before I came in to pick up the new vehicle, but when I asked for the bottom end of KBB on my trade in I was told, "No way - I'm too busy for this!" Really Mr. Manager, you weren't too busy to hang a huge sign about how great Honda Rates with KBB, but apparently not when you price out your trade-ins. I'm sorry to bother you as I stroke a $40,000 check for a new car. Then I showed a guaranteed on-line price for the vehicle that I could get, and what was I told? "No way we won't match that either." At this point the manager was rude and walking away. Apparently the only people Conicelli likes to deal with are ones who don't do 15 minutes of homework. My wife's Odyssey needs replacing soon too... Guess what manager lost two Honda deals in the next 24 months?
