It is November, and I have been working with this company since April of this year to get a warranty replacement tub put in. They are extremely slow. They will completely ignore you. Even their supervisors are so rude they don't bother to answer any calls or emails. If your builder is using this group, tell them to go elsewhere. The company is absolute garbage and I can't believe they are even in business.
