After our last experience, we were hesitant of buying from these guys again, but we had been told that they changed management, and that things were much better. But after having their GM tell me today, that we were just trying to get more money off our trade in "after the fact", I will never buy from them again. My wife saw a post online about 5k over kbb value for our trade in, which is why we went shopping this past weekend, but the salesman said that there wasn't a trade in event ongoing. It popped back up online, so we took the screenshot in, and the GM basically said we were just trying to get something out of them. The only thing we wanted was what they advertised, he then proceeded to tell me that the money would have been the same anyway, after pointing out scratches, dings, and tire condition. That they just put that stuff in their posts to generate activity. Yes, I like the truck. It is a great truck, but great truck or not, don't rip lie to your customers.
