This company is the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Ordered a new office chair on the 31st July, it was eventually delivered 24 days later. As with all the other reviews here, the customer service department is non existent, but the sales phone line is lightning fast... make of that what you will.
When i did eventually manage to get through after an hour on hold i was fed the same line that my order would be "chased up with the logistics company" and emailed a delivery date, this never happened on the 4 occasions i rang. No apology, no updates (as they claim they will in the event of a delay in the FAQ section).
It since transpires that the item i ordered, that was showing as in stock at the time, wasn't in stock and took 2 weeks to arrive in the country. Totally misleading, would have used one of the other reputable furniture outlets had i known.
I appreciate that COVID is a huge factor in lead times for many businesses that are going through difficult times at the minute, but the simple answer 9 times out of 10 is to COMMUNICATE with your customers, and be honest about where their purchases are. unfortunately this company seem unable / unwilling to just be honest!
