not impressed. I'm 30 minutes into trying get to get Internet service and so far I've been transfered 5 times. once to try and sell me additional crap I don't want and the rest because customer service is giving me the run around about having my own equipment. the sales lady was extremely pushy about upgrading packages and only after saying no a dozen times would she do what I asked. if your internet service sucks as your customer service it'll be short lived!!!!! not impressed so far! I do not believe this was staff at the local level but rather an outsourced call center.
