I have frequented casino's all throughout North America. I went to check out the property and must say I was not impressed for a number of reasons. First off, I have never been in a casino where the fly's outnumber the patrons. Just a miserable horrific experience attempting to eat and play while constantly waving off fly's all over the buffet and gaming areas . I have heard the slot machines have shut down numerous times from other players, and when that happens, it could take hours to get paid the money you are owed. The high roller area smells like food because poor planning put the noodle bar about 10 feet from the tables and it was hot in the room so I left. The high limit slot room is so small I felt like I was sitting in a shipping crate The time it took to cash out my voucher was also at a snails pace because they where understaffed at the cashiers cage . To make matters even worse I witnessed a pit girl make a dealer uncomfortable by berating them over nothing at all right in front of me . They said they are still ironing out the bugs but from what I witnessed , the fly's are the ones running the place. 100% will never return . The casino in Hull has nothing to fear.
