I'm writing this after the 4th time of not receiving a package that tracking shows as delivered or hold for delivery. Prior complaints have been made about carrier, and did receive an apology last time for package they straight up lost track of. Another time the folks the street over that my package was delivered to were kind enough to bring it to the correct address. This time I'm hoping the neighbors will oblige if package isn't lost again as it's several hours after they state that it was delivered to me yet wasn't.
I'm disabled and home bound, and rely on delivery items a great deal. This time it is custom produced items for me that will be very expensive for me to replace. Unfortunately shipper didn't ship with or offer additional insurance.
