Nice hotel but terrible service. We were a party of 3, my wife, daughter and myself. Checked in at noon and when we got to our room there was only one bed. They said at check in they would have a bed brought to our room. We went out for the day and returned around 5pm still no bed in our room so we asked the front desk again. Went out to eat and came back around 10pm still no bed. Called the front desk again and all they do is promise someone is coming soon. It is now after midnight and still no bed. Also for those who lisle to iron their close, there is no iron or iron board in the rooms. Had to call the front desk for that too. What a disorganized place. They should have had our room prepped before we arrived knowing that we are three people. Not even enough towels only two so one of us dried with hand towels. What a disaster. They get two stars for the room and shower not for anything else. Will never come back and don't recommend it
