To say Im impressed is an understatement!!! I shot over an email request for more info at about 4pm today, SUNDAY Dec 23rd. I take care of most my back office stuff on Sundays and didn't expect to hear anything until Dec 26th at best with Christmas and all. 4:09 my phone rings and its Mike Grey! Not pushy, didn't try to sell me, was honestly curious about my business/goals, and was just all around helpful! Answered a ton of questions which I just automatically assumed id have to do the sit down meeting, followed by the inevitable contract, after the long drawn out "but wait there's more" pitch type thing lol. It was easy to tell he is passionate about helping people and about his craft. It was like starting a conversation with a car buff about their pride and joy lol. I cant wait to start working with you all!!! Unmatched customer service in my opinion!! He also promised to follow up with an email and I had it in my inbox minutes later. Thank you again Mike!!!
