I cannot recommend Ritz Charles enough! Maddie LaDow is who we worked with while planning our wedding and she made everything so wonderful and stress-free. We had to change our reception venue last minute and because of COVID we constantly had our guest count fluctuating - I must have emailed Maddie 6 times with updates and revisions. Each time I reached out to her she was quick, professional, and most importantly, she was nice and understanding.

We received multiple compliments from our guests on the atmosphere, service, and food. The staff was so friendly and we could tell they genuinely cared how the event panned out for us and for our guests.

Overall, we are beyond satisfied and both agree that the Ritz Charles exceeded our expectations. They so are worth it!!
