The chair was purchased for my mother in her care home. Very happy with the quality of the chair itself but feel let down by the delivery times stated. When I called to make the initial appointment for a sales visit I was told delivery is 2-3 weeks for in-stock items but slightly longer for custom made. The salesman on the day suggested delivery would be 4-5 weeks. In the end it was almost 7 weeks. Nice as the chair is we would have looked elsewhere to compare had we know how long the wait was going t be.
