I have likely ordered 10-15 times in the past dozen years. My order has always arrived earlier than indicated. If you need it "now",,,,,,well, oops. It helps to know what you really need, like buying anywhere. Couple times I wasn't sure if I completed my order on line as I wanted, called and had all clarified. There's a big range of pricing and features with various components, which is great for an educated buyer, if you're not, educate first. Top line company to deal with!
