Possibly the worst example of a government organization. First off, the security guard does absolutely nothing but make sure you don't have any drinks, don't dare ask him a question. Second, they call your number over their PA system, but the speakers are shot, the employees have no clue how to speak clearly and not cut themselves off. Then you sit there for, in my case an hour and a half, before finally being called. Once you finally get called the employee at the window is thw rude and acts as if you are an inconvenience to them. Went once to get a card ordered, should have been 3 weeks to get it, after 5 weeks had to go back because we had yet to receive it. Turns out the first employee did not enter the order correctly so now we have to wait 2 more weeks. Truly a f***ing joke.
