Parking is very limited and only available if you arrive 1 hour early. If you're not there an hour early to save a parking then you're left going in circles until someone else leaves. By the time you find parking you risk picking up your child late to which then you'll get charged a dollar a minute. If that wasn't enough now parents aren't allowed to cross at the crosswalk to the school. For some it is not a problem, but for others especially grandparents that cannot walk far distances, it's a burden.
