I hate to do this because I was sooo looking forward to my first experience with the Butcher Block but the food was not good. I'm sure the Sea Bass is not what they are known for but if it's on the menu then do it right or take it off. It was way overcooked. I'm not even sure it was sea bass....tasted more like a very dry piece of cod. Same for the scallops. They were very tough along with the pork belly underneath. Disappointing.
