I love the basin. Today I was disappointed in the staff. Don t let everyone wait in line for 20 minutes then close the lift in my face and say go to the other lift. Another lady in line said a ski patrol told her not to get in the line?? Ahh ummm am I missing something? I didn t miss the wind and all the snow. I understand wind and avalanche dangers. If you knew you were closing the lift why would you let 500 people wait in the lift line for nothing? Some of us have responsibilities and children and such so my 5 or 5 runs goes to 4. That s lame. I m sorry but that s not cool. I don t think anyone would have perished if you would have put the line at the the back up appropriately and let those people load and come down.
