A Life changing course! Mark Shields has an amazing ability to draw the best out in people, along with a structured course in a great environment with great people...what a week ! also the first time I have been on a training course that provided lots of fresh fruit and healthy snacks for the whole 7 days, along with glass bottles of water (no plastic in sight) ...the whole 7 days could not have been better, so shout out to Mark and his Team, Karen and Bobby Jo
