my review is; referred to the customer service telephone number 02-232323:

43 minutes of waiting to be literally liquidated in 30 seconds by an operator who say rude and 'say little with a lot of cutting the conversation (for his part!) While I was still asking for information.
The usual made in Italy junk service! and besides being a shameful thing for SEA, it is unacceptable that an international airport like Malpensa offers such an unprofessional service.
