If you're considering ADT, please read below and save yourself months of unprofessional, disorganized service and poor quality product. From the start, the technicians were unprofessional, installing the equipment wrong so much so that pieces actually fell off. We were promised features that were out-of-date and no longer applied. The camera quality is terrible and the recording rate is laughable, only capturing fragments of very important footage. Worst of all, their contracts come with a minimum 3-year plan so we're stuck paying for a useless subscription.
