I wouldn't call it a tourist attraction by any stretch of the imagination. The property is spacious, but the mall concept is very outdated. Mostly, I've use it as a pass thru, if i get caught in bad weather during my daily walks. The food court is ok. The overall atmosphere is dark and sad.
