I first came to TM5 several years ago, desperate to escape a long line of lackadaisical leasing agents. I've been happy enough to stay with TM5 for leasing and expanded into using TM5 for property purchases and sales too. Sometimes the leasing market exceeds my expectations and sometimes I'm just left wondering why our city authorized 5,000 new units in a single year while raising property taxes! But no matter the situation, TM5 has always been honest with me and willing to make time when I need it.
