By far the worst insurance company. I've called them numerous times and every time they put me on hold, they hang up. They had me in their system as a non Massachusetts resident, yet every month they send me my bill to my MA address to pay. Explain that one. No one seems to know what they are doing. Not sure if they get properly trained.
