love the friendliness of staff at front desk. very helpful. offer room upgrade, which was applauded. room facility was good. services were thoughtful. conceirge staff were good too, offer good advice to us in our little exploration around the hotel district. all in all a very memorable and comfortable short trip and hotel experience
