First Class experience @ Manheim imports. It started with a simple car search which brought me to the Porsche Panamera4 I purchased. Wes provided me with an 8 minute plus detailed video of the car which was very helpful. They even put the car on a lift for me to inspect the undercarriage. They provided detailed quotes and I took care of running the credit on line very simple. When I came to the dealership the car was prepped and looked very nice..Wes let my friend and I take her for a spin which was awesome! He was also able to get me a fair price on trade in on my Mercedes E350 which I ran into a small issue with the Carfax. The finance manager Ken was able to get me a fair rate on financing considering I was not a PA resident and from NY. They even dropped the priced on the car a bit so I felt better about the rate. Ken was very knowledgeable of the extended warranties which is a MUST IMO. He actually saved me a fair amount of money in the process and did a comparison of two different warranties for me. In addition based off the amount of driving I do, he suggested adding a 6th year which was an excellent idea for the price! Wes went through all my PPW like a true veteran and I had MANY questions. He was very calm and patient along with Ken in finance. Last and most important to me, I live over 300 miles away from Manheim and while driving home I had a few issues with a speaker, wheel balancing. The next day I noticed some other issue with the car and needless to say I was not happy. I was upset at myself for not seeing these issues. I reached out to Wes and he made me feel soo much better and immediately got the GM Jeff involved. I was able to get an estimate of what needed to be fixed which I reviewed LINE BY LINE with Jeff and they took care of it ALL. I was soo appreciative and in today's world we live in it was truly amazing! Hats off to Manheim for being a FIRST CLASS operation! The Ritz Carlton of Car Dealerships! This is my 15th car I have purchased in my life and best experience hands down! I will be doing business in the future with Manheim Imports 100%!!
