I was stranded on the freeway, and needed service....

I was stranded on the freeway, and needed service. My roadside provider was able to give me a tow. While I was waiting for the tow I decided to find out more about Coachella Valley Buick, GMC. I chatted with a representative who was extremely helpful and decided to have my GMC towed to this dealer. I called ahead to let them know I would be having my vehicle towed to their business. When I arrived a service rep named Jesse assisted me. He was professional, and extremely helpful, all the while calming my already crazy nerves. Jesse is the type of employee who knows how to take care of people. Although I had never been there before or met Jesse prior, he knew how to make me feel like more than a customer. He made me feel like a client. Jesse sincerely knows how to make people feel welcome. I was more than satisfied, and would encourage anyone who needs service to utilize this dealer. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. I would also as a side note state how clean and organized this establishment was. I have dealt with many dealers but if I need service, I would call them. If I need to buy a vehicle I will surely come and see them first. Congratulations on 5-star service all the way around, and thank you Jesse!
