I purchased my new phone so I could submit a manus...

I purchased my new phone so I could submit a manuscript to be published. I spent long hours an entire week to write and submit a manuscript for publishing along with CSS Author Information Sheet with my personal information. I was told after I submitted a full manuscript that there were emails that were never received so I kept resending and calling to confirm if received. Once they received it they said they do not publish books that small. Today I was asked if I would work with third party and I said no since there are still unresolved issues with phone.
