Michael Barrett reached out via email & instead of replying i decided to call in & another rep answered, i told him if Michael is not available to please help because I wanted to purchase the car and he said ill have Michael call you back to assist you he is with a client at the moment so i said ok sure no problem. Well its been 24hrs still NO Michael & i got an email that the car i wanted SOLD so Thanks guys for your horrible customer service. To rub it in my face i get an email from a girl named jessica today asking me if im interested in still buying a car from them? Man hell... no... i wont do business with people who dont care about replying to their customers. 1st impressions matter! To anyone reading spend your money where the company values its customers and your business!!!! Im still super pissed! I really wanted that car updated Michael finally reached back out to me to now ask what he could do for me? I told him never mind now you sold the car i wanted & his response was "it was actively being sold" and then sends me a link to another car but didnt even bother to ask me what it is i was even looking for its like he didnt even care he was just trying to make a sale!! And i told him thats not even what i was looking for & i was pissed and he replied i understand have a great weekend? Man..... PLEASE spend your money elsewhere!!
