I would give 0 without hesitation. No one can answer our questions. Refuses to reimburse us or even to give us information on the amount we could claim. RIDICULOUS as a company !!! UQAM PLEASE CHANGE FRANCHLY !!!!! A company like that shouldn't even exist, a real butt for stealing student money, I can't believe it.
