This review is just for the buffet!

As with any top quality hotel in Beijing - they have a dueling Sunday buffet brunch with all of the other elite hotels. Their buffet impresses. They serve everything from dim sum to sushi to western dishes. And there's an endless supply of champagne if you so desire. Since I enjoy myself some bubbly... we probably went through 3 bottles between the two of us. More than worth the price of the buffet :)

If I were you - I'd try out all the buffets at all of the top restaurants in Beijing. I can't say this is my favorite because they all have their unique flavors!
