I only gave one star so I could comment on the poo...

I only gave one star so I could comment on the poor service we are receiving from their contact person, Mr. Harrison King. I m glad this is not MY insurance company but the one used by the people who ran into my car. As the process continues, I hope to change my mind. Meanwhile I sit careless while my car is in the shop and Integon has not made the car rental reservation which I need.
