318 W 39 ST ( in Manhattan) is Dispatch s main building, (includes HR department) and that is where one does BENCH. First and foremost HR employees are not supposed to SABOTAGE any employees work schedule. Sadly that is not the case and it continues. BENCH IS BASED ON FAVORITISM AND HR IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!! NOT BY A LONG SHOT? AND THERE ARE NO REPERCUSSIONS BECAUSE SECURITY GUARDS ARE THE SCAPEGOATS WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ALLOWS THIS TO HAPPEN? Loses many building contracts because of inconsistent performances. Horrible establishments. 340 MADISON (in Manhattan) has inconsiderate management meaning all security guards are treated as robots that don t eat, or piss. 750 3rd AVE (In Manhattan) has the most unorganized, unprofessional and rude ass people from the staff to management, they need to be trained on customer service and efficiency In their job descriptions. I don t understand how they can even still be up and running when employees are not always payed for all of their work. The people who represent this company should be ashamed of themselves.
