I believe that each of us who gives indications must always be precise and true in order to help the next ones who want to go where we have already been.
The place in question is certainly beautiful for its greenery, beaches surrounded by palm trees, a dream place ........ but it is not so, everything is very old, let's start from the rooms, as soon as we arrived the TV did not work and they changed it, the broken nightstand drawer detached !!! In the wardrobes the hangers came off because they were old.
And what about cleaning, the first 4 days was done no earlier than 14/15 !!!! And without washing ashore, in short, certainly not 5 stars !!!
Let's talk about the spa, a fabulous place but the service !!!! The first days we are around 16 pampered in all respects, then since there is no more space we go to 19 and every day they ask us to anticipate 30 or 15 minutes why? Because when the treatments are done the specialists have to run away !!!! Without words.
But my real bitterness in my mouth, after trying an old structure and unqualified and slow staff and the amount I spent which in my opinion should have given me a 6-star service, for 7 nights around New Year's with half board starting Malpensa in business about 30,000 in two sums exceeded with the extras ........ in short, traumatic experience, and to think that I trusted Alpitur !!!!
