We have GTEK for quite sometime now and just start...

We have GTEK for quite sometime now and just started experiencing some issues with service being dropped... so we upgraded our package thinking that was the issue and still no change... so we called to have a technician come out and get the issue fixed..
needless to say the package we had before upgrading was just fine for us and all we needed was a static ip for our sons gaming system... the technician checked all equipment and answered any and all questions we had, his name was Hector J.
Long story short... great company to have and they take care of their customers...
