I'm not the type to leave reviews but I was left touched and impressed by her professionalism. I spoke to Shakeia Morgan I believe, and she was well articulate and knowledgeable enough to walk me through the necessary steps. Most importantly, her approach was more than just a debt collector pressuring you to pay, she also had my best interests at heart. Understanding that people may face different financial challenges and obligations, she helped me with the whole process and we came up with a settlement that I m very happy with and thankful for same of course. I honestly wish all debt collector agencies carried themselves the way these folks at Rubin & Rothman do.
