Horrible experience. I have never felt more compelled to write a google review until I wen't to Lucinda's. I brought my mom recently diagnosed with cancer here to look at wigs since she just started chemo and was shocked at how unprofessional and disorganized our visit was. The woman had my poor mom in near tears in the middle of the consult, she showed no empathy and just didn't seem to grasp the situation. I truly can't believe this woman does this for a living and has worked with people who have cancer. My best advice is to go somewhere else.
