I will never buy another set of tires from Pep Boy...

I will never buy another set of tires from Pep Boys. Worse tires I have ever had! The lack of good customer, service from two different locations in Ocala, FL., has also been a deciding factor to go elsewhere for my next set of tires. This was my first time using this company. It will be my last. The lack of professionalism should be a concern to the corporate office, but in my opinion, it is apparent they do not care either. A very unsatisfied customer M. Johnson
