Notch was one of the first craft breweries in the country to brew all session beers. Now they are a part of the rebirth of Derby Street Salem! Notch beers look great with many having pleasant hop aromas. Highlights are the hop wheat- Infinite Jest and Any German/Czech lagers on the right column of the menu.
