Be very aware of their billing, I questioned their tax charges on many occasions and every new bill went up in amount finding new hidden charges they had "forgotten" to charge originally. In the end I stopped questioning the billing to avoid it going up further and paid the last presented bill. I used them because I had to, otherwise I would have gone with a different vendor. Finally some advice for those of you stuck with using them for the bar because the venue gives you no other option: as you have to use them, don't pay a deposit. What's the point in "securing a vendor" when you don't have a choice? To venues that force them on you: your place may be beautiful but I'm sorry I will not book you because of your Affairs clause.
