This "company " is an unbelievable ripoff . If I could give it NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. This business is an absolute disgrace. The repair people they send are totally incompetent and then have the gall to try to sell you new appliances. There is a reason why they have such horrible reviews, the bad reviews are WELL deserved. If you are absolutely desperate for a repair company, go with ANYONE else , NOT Service America. You are much better off calling a small private repair company as you NEED them. This is much cheaper in the long run, as opposed to the aggravation you would have from making the HUGE mistake calling this "company ". The only reason I could see why Service America is still operating is people do NOT know better. Do NOT use this company!!!!!!
