Was it a nice experience, absolutely! Was it overpriced, 100%. I expected a lot more based on the good reviews which may have been my mistake but considering it was a champagne tour where the emphasis was on champagne I expected to get more than the equivalent of one glass of champagne (wasn t expecting to get a buzz but most people could handle a little more over 6 hours) The trip was not very well organized with a lot of waiting around which was a little disappointing as well, I would recommend the company have bikes prepared before arrival instead of waiting around for 45 minutes. The guide was very knowledgeable about champagne and the region and I appreciated all the information he provided. It also does take away any need to plan. Would I recommend this trip to a friend? I would recommend to just rent bikes from Epernay and do my own sightseeing.
