This place is great. Massive gym with excellent equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff across the entire place, and plenty of changing facilities. There s a ton of classes too! I ve enjoyed training here and learning more about what to do from Decford (who got me in shape for my wedding from being out of shape and unfit). Highly recommend this place - a great training experience!
